I hae been doing oil pulling for over 6months now, but sometimes i have noticed that on some days the oil doesnt breakup or thin out even after 20mins... but in other days it does thin out immdly, eventhough i have used the same qty of oil?
another interesting point is that, some time back i was taken ill and had to be on anti-biotics for more than a week, so i had stopped OP during that period, resuming OP after a week i noticed that the oil breaks out almost after 1-2mins... this happened for 4 or 5 days...normally it takes me around 10-15mins for the oil to thin out...
just wondering if any of you have experienced the same, and can this be attributed the amount of toxins in the body when i took anti-biotics or something...
