So did my flush#12, this Sat/Sun( Oct 7/8).
- I did not do any special prep work. Had just been drinking a big glass of AJ with ACV each morning,
- I took Castor Oil ( 60ml) mixed with 100ml of Juice in the morning on the first day of the flush. (thanks 32718, yellowirdmom and wombat for this). Castor Oil cause multiple eliminations. It was much easier on the body than ES. I was basically pooping oil and some feacal matter. Yeah, for the first time, I saw oil globules in the toilet bowl.
- Took ES dose at 6 & 8 PMs.
- Took approx 1 cup Almond Oil + 1 cup GFJ/LJ at 10PM.
- Slept very well. No nausea, diarrhea in the night time.
- Started passing small stones in the morning. Some of them were very small( 1 mm is size). There were very few about 1 cm in diameter. Total, maybe I passed 100 stones. I dont know how valid is the count as I am counting those miniature stones as well.
Felt better on the second day of flush. Had lots of energy. Am planning to incorporate Castor Oil in all my future flushes...
thanks agains for this advice!! BTW I saw no parasites. Whatsoever. But I felt my flushing went easier with Castor Oil....

I have always been afraid to take the Castor Oil concoction too many times. It is so very potent that I thought it would be to severe on my system if I took it too much. So far I have taken it 3 times while flushing. The third time no flukes or anything came out so I guess I'm clear of them. It was just green slime and bright green oil globuels.
I have actually felt kind of punky since the castor oil. I got sick for the first time in 4 years. I got a really bad cold and can't shake the cough I still have from it (which was a month ago).
