I have tried it, and I would say that it is effective. However, I think Thorne Labs missed a trick with SF722. This product would probably be much more effective if it was enterically encapsulated. It is my understanding that undecelenic acid leaves the digestive system very rapidly.
You might also consider
Black-Walnut hulls.
Black-Walnut kills fungus, bacteria, and many parasites. It will even drive many worms from your intestines. It's pretty rough stuff, and most sellers recommend using the product for a maximum of two weeks without a break.
So,
Black-Walnut pretty much covers all the bases. I call it "scorched colon warfare". Obviously, it will even kill any lactobacteria in your intestines. After you use it, you start from scratch. Immediately start taking megadoses of probiotics.
SF22 will only harm the candida, and will leave the lactobacteria alone. If you are certain that you have candida only, SF722 might be the best option. However, if you suspect possible SIBO and/or
parasites along with candida, Black walnut might makle be a good choice.
