I have tried it, and I would say that it is effective. However, I think Thorne Labs missed a trick with SF722. This product would probably be much more effective if it was enterically encapsulated. It is my understanding that undecelenic acid leaves the digestive system very rapidly.
You might also consider Black-Walnut hulls. Black-Walnut kills fungus, bacteria, and many parasites. It will even drive many worms from your intestines. It's pretty rough stuff, and most sellers recommend using the product for a maximum of two weeks without a break.

So, Black-Walnut pretty much covers all the bases. I call it "scorched colon warfare". Obviously, it will even kill any lactobacteria in your intestines. After you use it, you start from scratch. Immediately start taking megadoses of probiotics.
SF22 will only harm the candida, and will leave the lactobacteria alone. If you are certain that you have candida only, SF722 might be the best option. However, if you suspect possible SIBO and/or parasites along with candida, Black walnut might makle be a good choice.

I love this stuff and it seems to work on me. I am not sure of some things. Like does candida mutate and SF722 become ineffective? And, is it safe to take while pregnant? (My doctor said so, but I like to hear other opinions)
It is derived from castor bean oil. The olive oil base is good. Undecenoic acid is supposed to be more effective than capryllic acid, but some doubt these claims. I have had success using this product, but I don't think that the biggest promoter of the product, Karen Tripp, (she doesn't get money) has a one size fits everyone's situation diet and supplement plan to rid oneself of candida. She got rid of her candida very quickly using this product. It might take considerably more time than that. Also, don't stick with just using SF722, use other products, try other approaches.
