I continue to use these with great sucess.

The longer its brewed then the less lactose milk
Sugar and more probiotics. Most recommend 3 days.
I actually dont use enema equipment but a big plastic needle thing (with big/open end, made for applying enema). I should think it would - skimmed milk seems to make thinner kefir.
I always use it straight then hold in as long as I can. I do this twice as 1st one usually prompts an evacuation. The 2nd one can now gain access to the bowel walls and implant bacteria and remove mucus and candida. (I hold the 2nd in for as long as possible but if half hour passes then i will try to go!)
No I dont finish with water but as mentioned usually do 2.
Another good hint is before the enema, let the kefir sit out at room temp for a while, so it can warm a little. Cold kefir from fridge is hard to keep in!
