I am no expert on this subject, but thought I would mention that instead of taking handfuls of supplements to counteract your lack, maybe you should investigate what is at the bottom of your adrenal fatigue. It might be something that a lifestyle change will improve -- and I would recommend looking into some cleanses and removing some toxins from your body so tht the natural function of your glands and organs can right what is going on in your body. Parasites can be at the bottom of adrenal fatigue, your diet (people often have different ideas about what is a 'healthy' diet. Do you drink much caffeine? use a lot of dairy or wheat?) Have you ever used steroids? I even read that if your mother suffered from adrenal fatigue it could affect the fetus and lead to adrenal fatigue in later years.
I thought this was a pretty informative site:
Below is a snippet I cut and pasted for you, I did not read through the entire site so am unsure if there are poor recommendations for curing your fatigue but it did have some great information about the function of the adrenals and some of the possible causes.
I had chronic fatigue antibodies in my blood when it was tested (no idea when I might have had it, I am always on the go) but I did notice a huge upsurge in energy when I started using the detox foot pads and even more when I worked on getting the heavy metals out of my system (oil swishing is a cheap and effective detox, it is also very stress relieving, which can also be the cause of adrenal fatigue). I also did a parasite cleanse and started laying off wheat and dairy (huge difference in how I feel. If you are O blood type you can try this for a few days and see how you feel). If you have any fillings in your mouth then you probably have some mercury poisoning going on. You may also have a parasite condition (very common) that is contributing to your fatigue. I would do some cruising around to some of the other forums and read what kind of results people are getting once they cleanse some of the garbage out of their systems. Much better than supplementing as you will only be putting a bandaid on your problem.
Here is the info from the site Iisted above...go read through the site when you have time, lots of info on it. Good luck to you!
Stressors that can lead to adrenal fatigue include:
One of the most commonly overlooked causes of adrenal fatigue is chronic or severe infection that gives rise to an inflammatory response. Such infection can occur sub-clinically with no obvious signs at all. Parasitic and bacterial infections including Giardia and H. pylori are often the main culprits.
