Hello,
I use a bounce back chair, a rebounder, and a trampoline. Last year, I reinjured a knee and thought I would need surgery since I could not put my weight on my knee and was in a lot of pain. I was unable to use our trampoline or rebounder. Fortunately I was on a trip to get an ion-cleanse and the person who did my footbath had a bounce back chair sitting in a corner. I tried it out and thought, this could be the answer to my dilemma of how to keep my circulation up when my knee was limiting my movement.

I subsequently bought one, and even put it together by myself...ggg. I LOVE it and especially love to see others use it since it is more like a Johnny Jump-UP for adults and it brings smiles to people's faces. After just five minutes of bouncing, people comment they feel the effects. It is also like a rocking chair and is also very effective in oxygenating the blood, moving lymph and much more as you can see if you peeked at the link below the picture of the chair. Astronauts even use it to acclimate themselves back to gravity after space travel.
What I especially like about it too is that I can use it inside whereas the trampoline would not fit here. I will bounce in the chair for much longer periods also than when using the rebounder or trampoline. I have used rebounding as a fitness tool for years and consider it as a natural segue from jumping rope as an aerobic exercise. Less stress on the joints for sure. This chair seems to be a great improvement since it can be used safely and should still be serving me well when I am much older than I am now!
Oh, and my knee healed and is asymptomatic. I am now back to walking and jumping on the outside trampoline with ease~~I credit rebounding with much of my progress :)
be happy, be well,
Zoe
