Good morning everyone,
Thanks for your posts last night. Unfortunately, I read them after I had eaten about two cups of lentils. Quite honestly, it seemed to hit the spot, whatever spot it was. All day yesterday I was beyond famished - I was STARVING - since the moment I woke up. I didn't concously think, "hmmm...I'm hungry." Rather, my body was screaming "SOLID FOOD!!!!" from every cell all day long. Nothing I did got rid of it, until after I ate the lentils. Oh well....I'm not gonna beat myself up about it.
So, I got right back on the wagon, or whatever. I intend to stick with the juice fast for another 4 days - so that's either a 4 day fast or a 10 day fast with some lentils thrown in one evening. Regardless, 5 days from now, I'm going to transitionally eat for 4 days and then go on another 10 day fast.
I now know that I really like the clarity I feel from fasting, and I also like the way the dress sizes are coming down. Today, I'm still fitting in the size 14 the way I was yesterday. Ultimately, I'd like to fit into my 10s. But I also have a whole size 12 wardrobe waiting for me if I stick to this. lol I'd rather save the money of buying new clothes and simply fit into the stuff I already own. :-)
I've pretty much given up on being an 8 full time. I have one or two size 8 dresses I'd love to wear, but I have a TON of size 12s and 10s I'd LOVE to wear all the time. :-) I'm 5'7"/5'8", so I can pull off 10s and 12s much easier than someone more petite than me.
I know I'm babbling, but hey, that's okay. I love to read everyone's longer posts. So here, I'm doing a longer one too. :-)
