You are doing something many just can't do!
Hopinso is exactly right...you may want to ease into your program somewhat more slowly.
You are at a unique place in your learning. You can feel the difference, and your body knows where you are headed, your intentions.
Even at this early date, if you were to revert to the old way, your body and your mind would reject returning.
A couple of hints occur to me...
...Is there any 'processed' food in today's diet? If so, can you find something closer to original nutrition for tomorrow?
...Have you tried avocados? Berries? Organic salad greens? Extra virgin olive oil (in a green bottle) with a very little lemon or lime juice, some Celtic grey Sea Salt
, maybe a little chopped garlic?
The beauty of changing your food is that your tastes change too! You'll be amazed what you now prefer.
Treat yourself to a walk through an organic food store. Ask questions about what you see there. Ask even the other shoppers. You are becoming a gourmet!
