I've only just heard about oil pulling for the first time today. I'm going to start Monday. I'm a bit confused as I've not read a whole lot of information on this yet. Initially, I read that it should be done in the morning when waking up, on an empty stomach, and then it can be done up to two more times a day. I'm seeing people talking about doing a few right in a row...is that right? Does that make you detox faster?
Also, I'm pretty sensitive to detox effects. I'd like to start out doing OP in shorter time spans at first, just to see how my body will detox. I also want to do it long enough that it actually has some sort of effect though. How long should I OP for when first starting out? 10 minutes? 5 minutes?
Also, are there any situations in which OP is not advisable or safe?
