Hello folks - I will be bailing hay all day tomorrow - Friday, Sept. 8. Rain is supposed to come in on Saturday morning so we've got to get it in the barn TOMORROW. Go ahead and ask any questions you might have and I'll try to get to them tomorrow night OR Saturday morning. The office will still be open - just without me! Not that I'm THAT important - I'm sure the staff will enjoy the break!!! LOL!

MoreThis is a reply to # 731,965You gotta make hay while the sun shines. There was no second or third cutting of hay here, it was too dry. The big bales are selling for $45.00 a piece and cattle prices are way down because of a glutted market due to dried up ponds and creeks and not enough hay for the winter. I hope the situation is better in your neck of the woods. Be safe.
