Yes,,,any salt that claims to be Seasalt
and is white is merely processed rubbish...you are quite right SB. I have yet to see a genine Sea Salt
for sale anywhere other than a health food shop. If Hain is white as you say...then that too is rubbish and no better than any other rubbish which masquerades under the name of salt. All grey Sea Salt
is not equal either as the purity and correctness of it lies in the way it is dried....even in the sun. So...buyer beware and only trust the very very best. Always remember too that even Celtic Sea Salt
should be sterilised in a 400F oven for 5 minutes, not more begore using and storing as sinc3 it is dried in the open air it can be subjected to the overhead passge of sea birds!
