Put 2 tsp of salt into a glass and add 4
oz of water and then have another glass of with 28
oz of water. I have the 4
oz glass with room temp water and the 28 oz glass with warmer water. Drink the 4 oz of salt water in 5 big gulps, chase with the 28
oz. It is also good to drink your
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) fast because if you drink it fast, it work better and faster at flushing you out. You might also increase your salt as you go on because I noticed after the 3rd day, my
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) was stalling so I started doing a little more than 2 tsp. I think on my last day, I was at almost 3 tsp of salt.
