Yesterday I suddenly I had to leave my computer and now I can't find back what I was reading.

I don't know if you can help me, but it had to do that MH says have an orange and only eat one piece and then later when you are hungry again take another piece.
I have the feeling I read it on the website, because I also placed an order.

If you have the answer, great, but I don't want you to spend too much time looking for it.
