" For the sake of conveniance, what if I were to buy orange juice from the store? Theoretically it would be the same right?"
Store juice is NOT the same. Even if you buy 100% organic orange juice, the vitamins and enzymes begin to decay immediately when the fruit is cut. So, from the time that the fruit is cut, to the time that it takes for processing, to the time that it must be shipped, to the time that it sits on the store shelves, to the time that you buy it, to the time that you actually get around to DRIKING the stuff...a large portion of beneficial vitamins and enzymes have already broken down and are lost. Fresh oranges are naturally designed to be stored for a limited amount of time, preserving the vitamins and enzymes. Juice stored in a container doesn't have the fruit protecting it any longer.
Also, you would have to get pure organic squeezed juice. Most commercial orange juices are either from concentrate, with filtered water added (and God only knows what kind of filter that is) and/or they are "fortified" with other vitamins and minerals which have questionable origin.
