Can you please tell me about how the hormone balance should be taken? How long is needed for my hormones to balance out, and how often for maintenance?
Just a recall, I've been on the depo-provera birth control shot for 7 years. You recommended in a previous post that I should take hormone balance (and probably for the rest of my life)

Christopher's hormone formula is a lifelong formula, standard dose is 1 capsule with each meal. You really do not feel anything by taking this formula, it works silently. It is taken starting age 40 or at any age their is a problem and with those that eat hormone enhanced beef, there is a problem and even when Christopher was alive, he was giving it to teenage girls.
