Beets and Feces color

I just started juicing yesterday. I'm doing a carrot, celery, beet ,apple juice twice a day. I noticed yesterday that red liquid came out with my feces. I've never happened before. Could this just be from the beets? Thanks in advance- Re: Beets and Feces color lauren40

This is a reply to # 717,212Yes - it happens to me every time I juice beets. If you are juicing beets twice daily, you will for sure see it in your bm's.

Fresh beet juice will even make your urine look bloody red if you drink enough.
