...do you ship to Canada?

If not, what would you recommend, as being a good, simple way to go? I have a good feeling about kefir, which I just read up on today, especially if it can be made with young coconut water, and nut milk....
I'm pretty sure parasites are an issue, though I've had good results so far, (twice) with liver flushes.
