look at the calories in your juice and veggie intake.
are you a soft(fat) 158? or solid(musc) 158?
if you exercise sometimes you body can retain water too.especially if you over exercise muscles can swell. i was doing recovery work on my ankles from being infirm...the one day i overdid it and the got sooooooooo swollen. my bony bird ankles started to look like a cankle. (you know the whole lack of ankle look like the foot is just attached to the bottom of your calves)
