I have been reading on my different eating lifestyle as well. I have been making menus for the post fast. Already craving beans and wild rice. It's awesome to seek out healthy meals that will WORK with my health and not against it, to where I am here again....
How long my fast will be I do not know, but I am glad to be here and have already ridden of 10 pounds. And although the WHOLE process was NOT a total fast, I am still glad its gone and I am going in the right direction.
I had more of the problem of leaving like 180s (in weight) and for some reason putting myself back there, weird. Then reach the 170s and linger for a while, then leave and go back. Now I am trying to stay out of all those areas and keep going down the scale. So, now I am on my way...and so can you make it also, whether if its to continue fasting or break with healthy eating.
