fasting is only half the battle. you need to follow it up with a healthy diet.

fish oil (omega 3-6-9-) are also good for a high BP.
as far as the feeling of Depression
on fasting. i get it...if i see it through and over it doesnt last post fast. if i break fast while depressed it seems to last a couple days and just bummy for a week. everyone is different though.
