ive gone past my 'goal weight' by one lb.. still feeling strong and am going to keep at it.
once I break the fast and start eating normally/healthy again I will focus on toning up.
I cant believe how much weight i put on.. and it all went to my butt/thighs lol

been going through some emotional crap but otherwise okay..
rat problem solved, thus far.
btw on my period and normally i get lots of cramps and this time none really.. third day of pms btw.. but im bleeding heavier than usual I think..
