I stepped on the scale this morning and haven't lost anything. I'm discouraged but going to hang in there. I might switch to Master-Cleanse - when I have done it before the weight seemed to come off faster than with juices. For today I'm going to stay with juice and see how it goes... but I am definitely thinking of switching to water and/or MC.

DAY 3 WOW.. Last night and this morning the headaches where STRONG SO MUCH SO I WAS GOING TO call out of work..


Wow i can get soo mean when hungry my poor husband and kids they dont even know i am doing this.. Since i am doing it for spiritual reason i didnt want them to know.

I have to try to drink more water Well its after lunch here and had to go in McDonalds to get something for mother in law and daughter and fought off the temptations...

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO That for me is a victory

I AM Goind to do water only till May 10 then juice till May 21 then raw for some days not sure but i have a wedding to go to on the 27th so i might eat light there and do more raw/Juice till JUNE 1st.....

Then i might do a version of Makers diet till first day of summer June 21.
