can i suggest you something, as i feel lots of anger towards yourself...?!
this works really well with me and it can sound useless or silly or whatever but hey, i do believe in all the benefits of this simple technic...affirmations!
and 1st of all, why not doing a great forgiving week..which means simply, writing, each day, during a week, 70 times on some paper, "me...i forgive myself totally"
and while you write this, you usually feel all the things you've been feeling hate for yourself, and while feeling this, you keep on writing and feeling forgiveness....
and after this, i'd suggest some..."me....i succeed in all i decide for myself"..or something like that, just choose a sentence that makes sense for you and that says that you succeed, that you are a success!!!
by the way, i might start another one myself tomorrow..;-)
