maybe your just not ready.......why dont you spend a few weeks of preparing yourself for this....start baby steping.......example.....when you get up in the morning if you have coffee with cream and sugar....switch your cream to milk...and only 1/2 the sugar.. pick a meal to skip have fruit instead....then when you are use to that for a while skip two meals...when i first started to fast.....i blended my own juice...here was the menu and let me tell ya something yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm....
4 strawberries
1 banana
1/2 glass of oj
and some ice.....
it was good... it was filling.. and i did lose weight......and for your dinner have a salad and a small piece of chicken no skin....and maybe some pita bread...just dont over do....when you get use to all that...replace your dinner with another juice...water water water that is key to everything......if your not full after your dinner drink a
quart of water.....just keep drinking till you feel your gonna bust...go pee and drink some more........
your body will adjust and while its ajusting you will see a weight loss....its all a mental thing ....
trust me i'm no pro....i have been the queen of break- a -fast since may.....my first fast i went 6 days,5 nights.....i jumped in blind.....i'm learning so much and i know now if i had taken my time and really prepared for it then it wouldnt of been so dam hard....turn to hopinso and harmony for all questions them two are my back bones....they know so much about this....... and are willing to give you all and everything they got...........small tiny steps to a new better you.........you can do this......your body is so use to living a certian way shock it slow...best of luck to you..... french
