Good morning all.
I'm still on my fast. I feel good. I am having a drastic dip in afternoon energy.
I haven't been sleeping very much, but that is due to life issues and not a result of fasting.
I am not moody today, but still find myself debating the fast.
(Well I am fine. I can eat and slowly drop these few pounds
over the next month or two.)
Ha ha trying to rationalize caving into the desire to eat.
It isn't a matter of being in need of food, it is a want.
I'm sticking to this.
I also want to mention that I love the idea of a don't fail bracelet. :)
