hi everyone,

had a good day yesterday just having my juices and water but unfortunately i had to visit my gp today and he's prescribed me some Antibiotics (co-amoxiclav) so i've decided to postpone my fast until i've finished the course of tablets as i read that it's unwise to take any medication while fasting. for those of you wondering why i visited the doctor, i had a breast reduction op on the 7th july and have developed an infection in the area of the t-junction scar on both breasts, hence i need the medication to halt the infection. i don't wish to be left with holes at the base of my breasts due to the infection spreading. anyway i'll be watching you guys' progress with interest, good luck to you all :o)

p.p.s. down another pound today, at 162lbs just now so hope to maintain that through eating a light diet over the next two weeks.
