Well Here goes....I am going to fast on juices for 4 days to start and see how I feel. I will also walk for one hour a day.

MoreThis is a reply to # 695,957I haven't noticed, but I'm actually hoping my breasts don't shrink too much during my fast. My boobs are not what I want to lose. lol. It the weight!
