one of the ways i think to myself about sticking to good eating habits is i think about squishing whatever i am going to eat in my hand. fruit and nuts wouldnt be so gross or would veggies or rice.
but can you imagine doing that to a pizza or a hoagie? ewwwwwwwww.

looks like there are alot of us starting today, that is good--we can all give eachother lots of support. i am really going to need it. i have tried several times to start a fast but keep givng in to my old weak self. i hope i can do it this time--i need to soooo badly. help me please everyone!!!!!!!!! i need to get healthy. i wish you all luck and remember to call on us all when things get tough. hugs to you all--cayenne queen
