for those wanting not to gain weight after you fast i gathered this info:
break your fast with juice 1/7 of the time you fasted.
(i.e. 2 week fast=2 days juice)
wean yourself back onto food using 1/3 of the time you
fasting to start eating again
first start with fruit, then veggies, breads, protiens last.
not all in the same meal at once. phase it in to your diet.
eat very lightly the first month after your fast as your
metabolism will be slow. stick to raw fruits and veggies
mainly. steamed veggies are ok. avoid overcooked foods,
carbohydrates.
