congrats on starting your fast. To answer your question the first week you'll spend on ridding your body of access water then your body will eat off of your fat stores and last it'll go to your muscle mass the only way to loose muscle first is if your continuing to work out during fasting, but otherwise it'll go right for the fat so go for it. Good luck It can be tough to get through so don't beat yourself up if you don't go as long as you want to. Just give yourself a couple of weeks and try it again.

Thank you for all the nice things you said. After the first one i wrote when i reread it i realized it did not come out the way i meant it to thats why i wrote the other one, but I'm sorry if the first one came out snotty i didn't mean it to. I've done this quite a few times and read everything i possible could and this site has been great for info. Anyhow i feel the same way this time I start my fast tomorrow and I'm not putting days or time on it well so hopefully it'll come out better
