first of all theres sodium in all sodas. diet or not. this can make you bloat up a good 10 pounds
secondly..stop drinking diet drinks. your kidneys will thank you. the chemical sweeteners in them not only cause a glycimic spike that can make you crave food. but this also makes your body translate this spike as "store some fat" instead of burning it off. also the chemicals in there can cause kidney and nerve damage. it is the worst thing going.
i stopped myself from using that stuff and i felt better. it gave my dad kidney stones
that he is still passing (over 50 stones. yeh..that bad)
