fasting, too. What helps me is to drink another glass of the lemon/H2O/syrup/cayanne everytime I even begin to think I'm hungry. Looking at the scale and seeing that I have dropped 6 pounds

Checking in here also is a wonderful support. The hardest part about fasting is the start of it and getting over the hunger stage. Look at it as a personal challenge to find something to benefit your body, mind, spirit instead of giving into the power/control we allow food to have over us. I keep saying "I have a beautiful healthy body under all this fat" I want that body back, don't you? You can do it!
