Ok, I'm hungry. Water is not satisfying my tummy right now. Uggh, don't want to tell you my cravings, I might incite a riot.
But, I went the whole day with just green tea and water. I even walked the treadmill for half hour ( I read a magazine and didn't notice the time pass as much).
So, cheating or breaking down and eating something now seems like such a waste. I'm going to bed, what kind of calories do I need for that?... not enough that can't be found on my butt.
Being at work is easier for me, I have accountability there. At home, it's easier to get something from the fridge or the 7-11 where no one cares what I eat.
I have food issues. That's something we should open up maybe.
