No, not Sesame but these flavors.....
SAFFLOWER (no taste - very mild)
SUNFLOWER (little taste - very mild)
I use both flavors and rotate with them every other pull. Yup! Noticed this morning that teeth are definitely whiter since pulling. I also have less tarter\placque on the inside lower bottom row. I am going to the dentist in January 07 for my 6 month check up and will be curious to see how much placque they will need to scrape off. I just started pulling within the last month and noticed the difference. Another good thing is that my gums no longer bleed when flossing so I am attributing the oil pulling to making the gums stronger too. Now on a side note, I have changed my diet completely within the last two months from "semi-junk" to eating raw, organic, no sugar, no white flour, etc. I am sure that is helping with mouth hygeine too.
Before pulling and diet change, after brushing, I would floss and the floss would have a bad odor on it. My teeth are pretty tightly packed so food and debris would get stuck in between. I no longer have that bad odor on the floss.
I know that oil pulling is supposed to remove the toxins from the body but if there is only ONE thing that it's doing and that is making my smile brighter and cleaning out my mouth, then that is a great thing!
Once I finish these flavors, I am going to try Sesame Oil.
