i had no idea i would get results so fast! yesterday was my first day of my Water Fast and i weighed myself this morning, ive lost 5.5lbs. in one day. yipee! hope you're all doing well. i'm looking forward to clear skin etc. that will come along with the loss :)- Re: good results already! Abigale T

This is a reply to # 688,646Hey thats great.... I also started yesterday but I did not weigh myself today only because I want to wait till my seven days are up...
Keep up the good work, our bodies are going to feel so much better after it is all over !!! I am so looking forward to feeling clean!!!
