Hey there - I've started my first ever fast and I'm going to try and do as long as possible on water... Am I allowed to drink herbal tea?
Also how do I do this? I want to clean out my body - but I'd also like to drop a few lbs.
I only have like 10-15 lbs to loose - so what is realistic?
Should I add lemon juice to my water or just drink water alone? Should it be distilled or just filtered? Am I allowed to chew gum? Like Sugar
Can somone please give me some tips and pointers on how to do this? How much water do I drink? Should I go to the gym and walk?
