OK I was going to start the Water Fast
several days ago, and ended up deciding to wait until tomorrow morning to start. But, the great motivator is our trip to Costa Rica on Feb. 14th. I not only need to shed 40 lbs.
by then but need to cleanse my body internally. So, I'm officially starting tomorrow and my stats haven't changed. 5'8", 170lbs., 20% body fat, size 14 pants. I will continue with the posts as often as I can (will be out of town from Fri-Sun) and will randomly post my weight. I will post my total body fat loss % at the end of my stint. I will do a Water Fast
until Feb. 8th, reintroduce juices from the 9th through the 11th, reintroduce raw veggies 12th - 13th and start on other whole foods on the 14th.
I'd love to see other stats from those that have met their goals.
