I'm on the 3rd day of my fast...
well, I dunno if I can really say 3rd day because the first day I took a bite of something, but the second day I abstained completely. Today I had a couple of bites of lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese from a salad and a couple of bites of chili.
It has not at all a meal or anything, but I don't want to screw up anything that my body was doing because I can feel myself losing already.
Can I just continue with my fast tomorrow as day four?
Or did I blow it?
