i finally made it to my 7th day out of 21 or 30, but am worried about symptoms.
(turns out it's against the Standards of Practice for a Natural Hygiene Physician to monitor someone who does not stay in their clinic, so i'm on my own)
I normally have an athletically low blood pressure - 90/65 - but by my 5th day, it had dropped to 65/40. I researched low BP & both low thyroid & low adrenal gland function can cause such a drop (of which both i have). I'm not having fainting spells or blaking out, so i'm just cautious right now. I couldn't find low electrolytes as being a cause of low blood pressure in any of the medical docs i checked out.
Main concern: i' feeling minor twitched is my gastrocs. No big cramps & nothing that persists... but i spent a week juicing
& drinking veggie broths with high potassium + took liquid calium/mag , so i thought that there wouldn't be any muscle twitches at all. Should i be concerned? It could be rediculous to be low in electrolytes after only 7 days with such prep work, wouln't it? I have no heart palpitaions, but my lumbar is achy.
i'd like to have your thoughts!!
