Jumping from junk food to Water Fast
is unreasonable, I'm afraid.
That's why your body protests so much.
I guess it would be much better if you tried to eat healthy food for a couple of weeks, than maybe try a juice fast, checking the detox symptoms. If they are still too strong on juices, you may try slow down detox by munching on banana and avocado slices. In several sources they wrote it helps.
Only after such introductory practices go for water fast. It'll be much easier and healthier.
