only steep it for a short period, two or three minutes, or even less. if you steep too long it will turn bitter. you might want to experiment with adding other herbs like lemongrass to make it more palatable. homemade almond milk is also great thing to add.
soak almonds overnight in filtered water. drain, put almonds in blender with water, and Sea Salt , blend until it turns milky, filter through strainer. enjoy.
