I don't think it is a good thing to fast while taking pharmaceuticals. If you can stop the medication and do a good ten day juice fast, this may just clear up your disorder!

If I were you I would find a good natural health professional to help me outline my goals and strategies--treat the CAUSE of the disorder and lose the meds!
