Drink FRESH juices only.
Drink fruits in the am, when your body is naturally cleansing
Vegetables in the pm when you are rebuilding
3-6 cups total juice intake is fine, feel free to drink more if needed
You can drink vegetable broth (VERY lightly salted with Sea Salt
if at all) as part of your juice
Drink LOTS of extra water
DO keep your colon April Fresh using whatever methods suit you best, lax tea, swf, plain water enemas
or a combination.
Break pretty much like the MC, without the OJ day.
I think you will love juices. They are VERY supportive, and much more interesting than constant lemonade. I am on day 7 of a ten day Master-Cleanse
(doing a series of tens rather than one long one this summer), and am seriously considering switching to juices.
