I'm finishing day 9 now. I felt somewhat hungry today. Or maybe I was just having longing for food and not hunger pangs.
Other than feeling bad the first 2 days and then a horrible inflammation in my hips for about 45 days I really haven't had much in the way of detox symptoms at all. I've had a pretty clean diet, without wheat, dairy or
Sugar for the most part, lots of water and veggies.
I'm starting to have a little difficulty focusing my mind and I feel as though I'm a bit 'foggy'. I don't know if it's time to quit or continue.
I'd love to hear from anyone, if they know. What kinds of healthful results can I realize if I continue for longer periods of time with this.
