Take 1000 mg of vitamin C along with 400 IU vitamin E when you wake up and b4 bed.
THey aid in skin repair. A nice, but expensive oil, helichrysm oil, can be used. You can buy it diluted in jojba oil and it's not supposed to cause more breakouts, and is good for skin repair as well.
Drink lots of water and try to just eat a very pure, clean diet; no sugar, little red meat, processed foods, etc, until you are all clear.
