I have had sagging skin at 26 yrs. old believe it or not- due to excessive stress and illness over the past 3 years. It only does that sometimes when I'm tired or really stressed. It's from your body not retaining water, especially around the area under your eyes, so your wrinkles show more and dark circles. It sounds like you have adrenal fatigue. It has been good so far- I have more energy. My skin looks firm again and the dark circles are better. I've also been laying off all gluten products for I had an allergy to them. My only complaint is the
Acne which I am going to a dermatologist for tomorrow. The dark spots you mentioned and reddness- those are other signs of adrenal fatigue. You should buy the book on adrenal fatigue by james wilson and follow the diet and his recomendations for lifestyle changes, etc. They work. Anything topical you put on your face won't help much because the problem lies within. I had to get on zoloft a year ago to help me cope with stress and anxiety- that and diet have done wonders for my skin and energy.
