Can anyone tell me where I can find uniodized salt in the UK? I've tried several supermarkets, but the labels don't say what kind of salt it is, they only indicates if it's table salt or Sea Salt or reduced sodium. Any idea?
What about the laxative tea?
In my local health shop I could only find a detox tea, but it hasn't helped at all to go to toilet...
I'm on day 2, so far it hasn't been too bad, normal craving of eating solids and thinking a lot about the pleasure of eating food, but I don't feel particularly hungry luckily. I am determined to do the 10 days fast, mainly for healthy reason, lately I have been feeling pain in my kidneys and urinary tract,I hope this will help.
