I know that when I first came here, I found all this overwhelming; I posted the web sites you need to get you started. You can jump in and do any of the protocols you want. It will take some reading, but I think it is well worth it: print the information out and go over it all when you have time. After that, make a list of all the things you will need to purchase. Systematically do all the protocols this way. Post any questions as they come to you. Good Luck

I've already seen all of those... I wanted specific info, like what is the best, etc. People who have tried one thing or the other, whichever worked better. Like which is the best bowel cleanse, which is the best parasite cleanse, etc.
