As a person who has been extremely hairy his whole life - we're talking werewolf here - I take exception to a very simplistic and prejudist comment.
As you know I have always respected your opinions and your direct style of confronting the issues - but I have to disagree with you here.
There is probably not more than a couple of square
inches of my body that isn't hairy. I am not embarrassed by it - its the way god made me.
Yes it turns some girls off... so what!?! I don't particularly like red heads or girls with high pitched whiny voices.
Its like the song says, "...some girls don't like boys like me - but some girls DO!"
I have been with many women through the years and my hairyness was never an issue. I am well groomed and try to take care of myself so as far as I am concerned I am an attractive person.
Also, I have been told by several doctors that my hairyness is actually a good thing. It indicates good circulation and nutrition.
My belief is revel in who and what you are! I am turned off by girls who wear too much make-up, dye their hair, have too many piercings or have tatoos because to me this is phony. It doesn't make them bad people and I know for a fact that there are plenty of guys out there that are turned on by that, so it boils down to everyones own personal ideal of beauty.
So my advise to you is if she cannot accept you the way God made, find someone who can!
Good luck...
Doug
