Starting the liver cleansing process is a commitment to stay it through to the end, because it stirs the pot and makes it easier to have a gallbladder attack if you let it slide.
I had my first gallbladder attack last week, after eating about 3 ounces of fatty beef filet, which I have eaten plenty of times before, as well as lots of butter, olive oil, eggs, etc all with no problem. In fact, I had already completed 4 liver cleanses, yielding several large 1" plus stones! I figured these were out, and I was continuing the cleansing so I would never have to worry about a gallbladder attack. HA! I had let the protocol slack for about three months and then it hit me. It is important to get them all out as fast as possible.
Fortunately, I was able to tough it out, and it popped through on it's own after about 8 hours. It was very small, since I never found it. The pain was moderate but amazingly strong considering it was such a small stone, and also considering how big the stones were that I have passed with absolutely no sensation at all while using the liver cleanse.
I immediately started back on the cleanse protocol, and I am doing it every two weeks now. I don't want a repeat of that experience. A cleanse is piece of cake in comparison.
